PGU Dock Leveler: A High-Reliability Solution for Heavy-Duty Logistics
PGU-type dock levelers are engineered to compensate for height differences between a warehouse floor and a truck bed – critical for safe and uninterrupted cargo transfer. Installation Features
Equipped with a hinged lip and hydraulic mechanism, the platform is installed in a concrete pit designed to house the structure. Once the truck is docked, the operator activates the hydraulic system, raising the platform and extending the lip onto the truck bed. The platform automatically compensates for vertical vehicle movements during operation. A front safety beam is available to protect critical components.
